AS9100 Rev. C

(Sept. 27, 2011)-- Rose Integration announced today it has earned AS9100 Revision C Certification as a major step in growing its business as a world-class defence and aerospace supplier. "This is a goal we have been working hard to accomplish in our overall aim of becoming one of the world's top aerospace and defense suppliers," said Graham Whitelaw, President of Rose Integration. AS9100 is a standardized quality management system for the aerospace industry. It is part of a series designed to replace a patchwork of competing systems that were difficult to audit and enforce such as ISO 9000 or Boeing's D1-9000. Over the years, Rose Integration has grown from a small machine shop to its current 30,000 square-foot facility in Carleton Place with 31 CNC Machining Centres. It was rated "Best in Class" out of 12 competitors by OMNEX in 2008 and is the holder of numerous awards and certifications.
